I have been a client of Jill Goldblatt's for years now and she has planned a handful of trips for my family and has always been extremely professional and definitely listens to my needs.
Our most recent trip was just a few weeks to Rome to go on a Greek Isle Cruise, which was fantastic! But, our vacation started off a little rocky with a "delay from the airline" from our connecting flight from Atlanta to Rome. Jill contacted me because she always looks at her clients flights to make sure they are leaving on time and everything goes as planned. With that being said, she contacted me after hours because our flight was delayed and we literally had 12 minutes to get off the plane and run from one terminal to another. She was concerned that we would not make our connecting flight. She stayed on the phone with me the entire time as I ran from one end of the Atlanta airport to the other end. When I got to the gate, they had already closed the door. Jill immediately conferenced Royal Caribbean into our call and started to plan the next steps to get my husband and I onto another flight. Unfortunately, our flight was not leaving until the next day due to the airline, but she was able to reschedule all of the transportation she had previously made for me. Without our wonderful travel advisor Jill, I am not sure how I would of handled all of this on my own. She rescheduled our transportation from the airport in Rome to the hotel and rescheduled our tour that was set up to another day and time. She spent numerous hours on the phone at night rearranging all of our plans and made it extremely easy for us to continue on with our vacation. She also recommended travel insurance for us when we started to plan our vacation. Thankfully with the travel insurance, she walked me through how to submit the claim and I was able to get reimbursed from the insurance company for the night we missed in Rome for our hotel expenses.
I recommend Jill Goldblatt to all my friends and family because I truly believe that she cares so much about her clients. Thank you Jill for all you do to make our vacations AWESOME! She may be retired but she certainly hasn’t slowed down! In fact, I think my mother in law found her calling when she started her travel franchise. This woman is a pro when it comes to travel and takes her role seriously. She is the personification of the old saying that “when you love what you do, you never work a day in your life!”

Dear Jill,
First and foremost, my sincere thanks for sticking with us through all the ups and downs of booking, re-booking, canceling, and trying to rebook members of my family. Can't believe it, but we finally went to Alaska.
There were no surprises regarding the Princess. Hands down their staff at every level were so caring and attentive. They did their utmost to make all happy. The food was okay. Unfortunately, we ran into some bad weather and were unable to dock at Skagway, which was 25% of the trip. All staff claim this has never happened in all the years they worked Alaskan cruises. So, we were housebound for 2 straight days as we sailed through the Glacier National Park the next day - breathtaking views.
On this day at the Glacier National Park, Rangers boarded the ship and were available to answer questions. They were available to the children at the youth center and readily available on deck while we sailed through the glacier. The Glacier National Park and the Ranger Program were the main reasons I booked on Princess and we were not disappointed in either.
Thank you for recommending The Deadliest Catch excursion at Ketchikan. Hands down it was everyone's favorite and all participated holding the creatures that were caught. The crewmen were exceptional and hearing their personal stories were mind boggling.
My grandsons will remember this adventure forever as will all. Thank you for handling so much and for making our trip seamless. You are truly wonderful to work with.
